Nitrosys Plus/Geo Air Distribution Assembly

This assembly is for carts, OEM setups, and stand-alone systems that are set up within 10′ of the distribution block.

Assembly includes a regulator/dryer, 7-port distribution block, and air lines with quick connects to supply air to all parts of your Nitrosys Plus/Geo System. Assembly (regulator/dist. block) must be mounted within 5 feet of cabinet, 9 feet of pumps.

Only 5 ports of the block are utilized in this configuration. Before adding any new lines to the other available ports – verify your air supply system can sufficiently supply the amount of air required for everything to run properly.

1 – 3/8″ Input Line from Regulator. Connects supply air from the regulator/dryer to the distribution block.

1 – 1/4″ Output Line to Nitrosys Cabinet (6′). Will connect to the cabinet air supply on the lower, right hand side of the Nitrosys cabinet.

1 – 1/4″ Output Line to GreenFlare Heated Hose (6′). Will connect to the gun air line in the hose, located at the end of the hose that connects to the cabinet.

1 – 1/4″ Output Line to “A” Pump (10′). Will connect to fluid pump.

1 – 1/4″ Output Line to “B” Pump (10′). Will connect to fluid pump.
