Refunds & Returns Policies


Orders place after 5pm Monday through Friday or on Saturdays/Sundays will not be processed until opening on the next business day.

Next Day Air and Same Day Orders:  Must be placed by no later than 1:00pm to go out the same day.

We strive to satisfy our customers on every order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we do allow returns on items that are eligible. Below you can find a step-by-step process on returning items that you are not satisfied with.

1) Contact Us:

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received please call us, or email us using the information below. We work hard to satisfy our customers and we want to make sure you are are one of those satisfied customers.

2) Eligibility for Return:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Item(s) must be in the condition in which they were received.
  • Item(s) must be in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Chemical items such as solvents, spray foam insulation kits and spray foam insulation materials are final sale and non-returnable.

3) How to return the item(s):

Contact SFS at [email protected] or 877.737.4362 to get a RMA. RMA’s are required in the box for every return.  You can return the items by shipping them back to us to the following address after speaking with a rep to get your RMA :

4) Return and Refund Processing:

 Fill out the following form and include it in the package when it is shipped back to our Return Center.

5) Refund Method:

All refunds within 14 days of purchase will receive store credit only and incur a 25% restocking fee.


What if I do not need/want the item that I ordered?

When you order an item that you do not need/want you can return the item up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. The buyer pays return shipping. Once the return is processed, buyer may receive a refund in store credit with SFS  for the original purchase amount, minus the 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable.

What if my order was shipped with the wrong part, or the item is defective?

In cases where an online purchase is filled with an incorrect item, or the item is defective, contact our customer support department immediately at 1-877-737-4362, or at [email protected] to discuss the return options. Please have your order number ready when you call.
