VersaFlex Aliphatic Joint Sealant is a self-leveling, 100% solids, flexible, two-component, rapid curing polyurea elastomer joint sealant material. Recommended concrete cure of 30 days prior to installing joint sealant.
VersaFlex Aliphatic Joint Sealant is used to fill random cracks, control joints or new construction joints on new or old horizontal concrete surfaces. Aliphatic Joint Sealant is ideal for use on elevated parking decks, balcony decks, pedestrian decks, bridge decks, and on-grade slabs where its quick and positive cure will allow rapid turn around and return to use.
Aliphatic Joint Sealant is highly flexible, retaining full properties and memory capability while allowing normal joint movement and accommodating to slab movement where designed movement and thermal cycling will occur. Aliphatic Joint Sealant provides better durability to UV exposure than other VF joint sealants.
